Lotion

Linola Lotion provides particularly intensive and basic care for the whole body and for all types of dry skin. Linola Lotion is absorbed very quickly into the skin making it ideal for use on large areas of the body. The water-in-oil emulsion has a lipid content of 35% and contains ingredients (e.g. valuable thistle oil rich in linoleic acid) that promote regeneration of the skin’s protective barrier function. This special fatty acid is essential for a healthy skin barrier. The body cannot produce linoleic acid on its own - like a vitamin it must be taken in on a regular basis to maintain healthy skin. Moreover, Linola Lotion forms a light film around the corneocytes which protects the skin from further dehydration and simultaneously normalises the existing lipid and moisture deficiencies. The skin then feels smooth and supple again. Linola Lotion is dermatologically tested, well tolerated and ideal for the regeneration of dry skin.

Directions of Use

It has been developed for daily use if the skin is dry, flaky or feels tight and itchy periodic use if specific treatment is not required, yet concomitant basic skin care is needed (e.g. for people with skin prone to atopic eczema, scaly patches or degenerative or exsiccation eczema) use after treatment of skin diseases (e.g. with corticoids) until the skin is fully regenerated.
