Shipping and payment terms

Shipping
The shipping of packages is managed by the Swiss Postal Service or Quickpac. Deliveries are possible exclusively to delivery addresses within Switzerland or the principality of Liechtenstein.

Receive delivery

To easily adjust delivery dates, remove or activate a drop-off authorization, create a free account with Swiss Post in just a few steps. This allows you to conveniently make any changes to your delivery.

Please note that the new Swiss Post GTCs mean that a drop-off authorization is automatically issued for every delivery. If you do not want this, deactivate it in your Swiss Post account. Don't have one? You can easily create one here: https://www.post.ch/en/receiving-mail

Saturday delivery

To receive Saturday delivery, please actively select this option during check-out. This is always possible on Fridays until 15:00, provided that all products in the shopping cart are available (in stock). You can check availability on the product detail pages. If you are absent on Saturday, delivery will be made on the following Saturday.

Shipping costs
Deliveries are shipped within Switzerland and the principality of Liechtenstein. The cost of shipping for the "Economy" tariff is CHF 5.90, for the "Priority" tariff it is CHF 7.90, for the Saturday delivery tariff it is CHF 7.90 and for the A-Post against signature tariff it is CHF 10.90. With a purchase value upwards of CHF 160, the delivery costs do not apply at all (except A-Post Priority Signature).

Important: If the product is available, as shown on the respective product detail page, it will be shipped by priority mail within 1-2 working days and by economy mail within 3-4 working days. If the product is not in stock, there may be delays in delivery. Don't want to wait? Contact our customer service for the option of a partial delivery.

Partial deliveries

Currently, partial delivery is not automatic. If you would like to receive available items from your shopping cart even though some products are out of stock, please contact our customer service by e-mail: shop@perfecthair.ch or by phone: 052 544 16 00

Payment terms & methods
Orders placed via the website www.perfecthair.ch are to be paid for in principle in advance using the payment method stated on the website www.perfecthair.ch. The following payment methods are at your disposal: PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Maestro, PostCard, PostFinance Direct, Twint, prepayment, payment on invoice (after a successful credit check). Insofar as delivery on invoice is stated as an option, the deadline for payment per shipment is 20 days.

If the deadline for payment is exceeded, PerfectHair is permitted to demand the payment of penalty fees up to an amount of CHF 20, in order to partially cover any costs incurred. The outstanding invoice amount, plus any penalty fees and interest on arrears can be transferred or factored for the purposes of debt collection.

When paying in advance, you will receive the account details of PerfectHair.ch with the confirmation email, after the order has been processed. They are as follows:

Insofar as we provide goods in advance of payment, e.g. with a purchase on invoice, in order to safeguard our own justifiable interests, we shall request when necessary a credit check which is done on the basis of mathematical-statistical modelling. For this purpose, we will pass on the necessary personal information for the credit check to a credit agency, and shall use the information received regarding the statistical probability of a credit default, in order to make a balanced decision on the justification, execution or termination of the contractual agreement. We will be happy to inform you upon request which credit agencies we have approached for this purpose.

A credit check can be carried out at any time, both for new customers and for existing customers. Up until the point in time when payment for the ordered products is made in full, or payment confirmation is received through the credit card provider, the delivered products shall remain, in any case, the property of PerfectHair.ch.
