B-HAPPY is a complete vitamin B complex from organic plants for an intensive and physically active lifestyle. B-Happy contains the complete group of eight B vitamins obtained from organic plant extracts. Its potent dosage ensures that you will enjoy its effects even during intense physical activity. B vitamins contribute to normal energy metabolism (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, biotin, B12) and thereby support physical and mental performance (B5). Directions of use
Take one capsule in the morning or at lunchtime with a glass of water and food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. We do not recommend to take B-Happy at the same time as Mr. and Mrs. Do-It-All or Adapto Genie. Since these also contain a vitamin B complex, they should be taken at least 2 hours apart. For best results, combine B-Happy with Calm A Lama plant-based magnesium and Hello Sunshine plant-based vitamin D. Not recommended for pregnant women. If you are nursing, planning surgery, taking medications on a regular basis, or are otherwise under medical supervision, we recommend to ask your doctor before taking supplements.
