Use

Step 1 - Fill the Ice Roller with water up to 90% and place it in the freezer for 4-6 hours or overnight. Ensure that the roller is positioned upright, with the rubber side facing up, in the freezer. Step 2 - Please note that you should not immediately remove the roller from the mold after taking it out of the freezer. Let warm water run over the cube side for 5-10 minutes. Step 3 - Afterward, you can gently open the container by rotating it a few times to the left and right.
